Can Corem is an impressive luxury villa located in the countryside near the town of Manacor. It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous Pere Seda’s vineyards. The residence has six large bedrooms consisting of one presidential suite, three queen suites, and 2 junior suites. All of the bedrooms are equipped with dedicated heating and air conditioning. There are a total of eight bathrooms, four of them en-suite full bathrooms, one full bathroom shared with two large bedrooms, a full bathroom serving the pool area, and two-half bathrooms serving the lower level kitchen and dining room areas. Additionally to the bathrooms, you can find several living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with dining room areas, and a large dining room terrace to enjoy the sunset.
Upon arrival, the proprietor, fluent in English, French German, and Spanish, will welcome you with an assortment of local products, fruits, and refreshments for your party. You will be able to appreciate the construction quality and first-grade materials of the residence with no spared detail. The furniture and equipment of the house are of the highest quality and functionality. The bedrooms are spacious with top-grade large mattresses. The two kitchens are fully equipped with all features, silverware, dinnerware, and appliances necessary for your comfortable enjoyment and can handle groups of twelve and more guests. The first-floor kitchen has access to the main dining room and terrace dining room. The lower level kitchen serves the large banquet-style dining room and pool dining area. In the residence, you will also find two spacious living rooms with a large game table and tv area with an enclosed wood-burning fireplace for relaxation. Large flat-screen televisions throughout the house and bedrooms will give you access to multi-language satellite programming as well as WIFI mesh throughout the house for all your smart devices. Located on the first floor, you will find a business room equipped with a computer and printer if you must attend to any business matters. Two large bedrooms, one with double beds and the other with a queen-size bed share a full bathroom on this floor. Completing the main floor is a large laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a spacious 2 car garage.
The second floor contains the presidential suite with a king-size bed, master bathroom with soaking tub and shower as well as walk-in closets and sitting area. Two more queen suites are on this floor with separate sitting and queen-size bed sleeping areas with their own private full bathrooms. The other queen suite bedroom is located on the pool floor with direct access to the pool area.
On the outside of the residence, the gem of the property is the 33 by 18 feet swimming pool with a shallow area for relaxation and enjoyment for the little ones. The pool is surrounded by immaculate grass turf and stone flooring with modern lighting which is also present throughout the property. You will have at your disposition patio furniture to enjoy the sun and pool as well as the convenience of a propane barbeque grill. The rest of this large property is filled with palm trees, olive trees, and different kinds of fruit trees to make your stay a unique experience.
Can Corem is located in the countryside surrounded by agricultural properties which give it a serene and quiet environment. The nearest town, Manacor is a quick 5-minute drive and offers several supermarkets, traditional produce markets, restaurants, and shopping. The Rafa Nadal Academy and Sports Centre is also located in town and offers top sports facilities and its renowned museum. Due to its location, Manacor, and Can Corem are minutes away from other beach towns and beautiful beaches like Porto Cristo (6 miles away), S’Illot (8 miles away), Sa Coma (10 miles away), and many more. In the port of Porto Cristo, you will enjoy boat rentals, scuba diving, boat excursions, and the best terraces and restaurants of the region.
